OUTDURE DAMAGE/CREDIT/RETURN GUIDELINES

 

DAMAGED GOODS DURING TRANSIT
Outdure supplies freight for product to your site in an effort to make your job easier. We strive to get your product to site on time with no damage. However, we rely on third party transport companies to provide this service and sometimes situations occur outside of our control. To ensure quick response of damaged boards, any damage must be noted on the consignment note and a call made to Outdure immediately.

SCENARIO 1: Part board damage: Refunds will be paid at the purchased value of the lineal meter quantity of the damaged board caused during transit, subject to photos being supplied to info@ecodecking.co.nz i.e if 2lm of 4.8lm board is damaged you will receive a refund of 2lm at your original purchase price.

SCENARIO 2: Full replacement board: should you require replacement of full lengths, Outdure will send the boards immediately, however the freight company is required to pick up the damaged boards PRIOR to replacement boards being delivered. Only then will the freight company deliver replacement boards. (Please be this process can take a few days). Replacement boards, pallet and freight of replacement boards will be provided at Outdures discretion

 

CREDITS
Deck and Fascia boards must be full lengths and mark free. Screws and Clips must be FULL BAGS. If you have an account, the credit will go against your account and will be credited towards your next order.

Any returned product including damaged or marked boards will be credited at Outdure's discretion.

ALL CREDITS are paid on the 20th of the following month.

ALL RETURNS INCUR A 25% RESTOCKING FEE UNLESS PURCHASED THROUGH A MERCHANT.

 

PALLET RETURNS
Client must notify Outdure if a pallet has been left on the truck so we can track it. Pallet credits are only paid once the pallet has been returned to our warehouse in a usable condition. It may take up to 1 month for the freight company to return the pallets from their depot to ours)remove For deliveries outside Auckland, pallet refunds may be given provided the pallets are returned to Outdure warehouse in re-usable condition and at the client’s expense. Outdure retains sole discretion if the pallets are re-usable.
