Typical quoting process:

Client and sales representative establish quantity required of each product
We provide you with a quote that includes quantity and pricing for:
- Decking boards
- Fascia board
- The number of bags of clips and number of screws required
- Required freight allowance
We need sufficient time to process the order and load the product onto pallets and for funds to clear
Typically three days is sufficient for funds to clear, your order to be packed and delivered

There are four methods of delivery you can choose from that vary in price (all on truck by pallet):

Hi-ab truck - delivered to your site, off-loaded by the crane on the truck (easy but can be expensive)
Flat deck truck - delivered to your site, you provide manual labour to offload truck. A waiting charge may be incurred if offload takes longer than 15 minutes
Flat deck and Hi-ab – if your site is outside of main metropolitan areas, we will arrange for a flat deck to your nearest depot, then a Hi-ab to your site
Pick up from our warehouse (only by prior arrangement) Pallets may be left on the truck if delivery is within Auckland. For any deliveries outside of Auckland, pallet refunds may be given provided the pallets are returned to Northland Merchants Ltd Warehouse in re-usable condition and at the client’s expense. Northland Merchants retains sole discretion if the pallets are re-usable.

Upon acceptance of the quote an invoice is supplied for payment
Payment in full is required prior to stock leaving the warehouse, unless you have an account with us
